Beginning on March 6th, we'll be featuring a few items that are inspired by our longing for spring:
Blueberry Lamb Risotto: Grilled lamb chops served on a bed of blueberry mint risotto.
Creamy Chicken Primavera: Grilled chicken breast with red and green peppers, onions, and a balsamic reduction, all tossed in fedellini pasta topped with parmigiano.
Orange Spring Salad: Avocado, orange supremes, heirloom and sundried tomatoes, almonds, onions, spinach, arugula, and a white balsamic dressing.
